Energy Management System Technology
The Energy Management System techology is unique in its class. Many years of Research & Development leads to a revolutionary system known as Load Detection Mechanism (LDM). This patented LDM is the key technology in this system and it is deployed in all products; producing consistent KW savings and protection to electrical load.
The System consists of 3 key components:
- Load Detection Mechanism (LDM)
- Reactor Coil
- Auto Coil
How it works
- The Load Sensor monitors the electrical load for various parameters at 512 cycles per second.
- The Load Detector converts into digital signals for processing.
- The Optimisation Algorithm embedded in the Mircroprocessor computes the optimal power level required by the electrical load.
- Once computation is complete, the Mircoprocessor instructs the Control Circuit to adjust the Auto Coil.
- The Auto Coil stabilises and improves the voltage and trims redundant excesses, in line with the current.
- The Reactor Coil improves the power factor and efficiency, balances inter-phase angle, trims current, harmonics and filter frequency noises.
Energy Management System (Motor)
In industrial sector, induction motor contributes up to 70% of the electricity usage. It is an energy saver dedicated for induction motors from 7.5KW up to 300KW. It also saves energy by optimising the Power Supply into the motor; without stopping or varying the speed of the motor.

How it works
- Alternating Current (AC) is converted into Direct Current.
- The DC waveform is converted into Pulse Wave ModulationThe Load Sensor monitors the motor for various parameters at 2048 cycles per second.
- The Load Detector relays digital signals to the Microprocessor.
- The Optimisation Algorithm embeded within the Microprocessor instructs the Control Circuit to adjust the Isolated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT).
The IGBT system improves the voltage and trims redundant excesses in line with current. The IGBT system also improves the power factor and efficiency and balance the inter-phase angle, trim current and harmonics and filter frequency noises.
