Five Star Electrical ACT Pty Limited is committed to providing a safe working environment for all staff. The Company’s intention is to develop a strong OHS&R work culture and to implement work practices that safeguard the health and safety of its employees while adding to the commercial viability of the business.
Five Star Electrical will maintain a documented OHS&R system that will provide the skills and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements, reduce the incidence of workplace accidents and lost time injuries, and rehabilitate injured employees.
Managers at all levels, including Company Directors, the General Manager. Works Managers and Supervisors will be responsible for the implementation and promulgation of all matters dealing with the health, safety and rehabilitation of employees under their control.
All employees are required to demonstrate a willingness to embrace the concept of safe work practices and a safe working environment. Employees are required to work in a healthy and safe manner and to discourage others from working in an unsafe manner.
